The Grand Ballroom, with its chandeliers, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, give all events a charming, yet comfortable, feeling and can accommodate up to 275 guests with a large dance floor.

Wedding packages starting at $115 per person, and include several different menu options from formal sit down dining to the more casual style buffets.

The room rental fee varies from $1,500 - $3,000, and is based on the type and date of the function. Charter Oak also offers onsite wedding ceremonies with both indoor / outdoor options at a rate of $1,500, which includes set-up, additional folding chairs and one rehearsal.   

The Living Room, adjacent to the Grand Ballroom provides the ideal setting for intimate gatherings, cocktail receptions, showers and parties for up to 60 guests. It is complete with a full bar and access to a private balcony overlooking the gorgeous grounds; perfect during the warmer months! During the cooler seasons this space can also create a romantic atmosphere with its oversized fireplace and warm lighting, ideal for any occasion.
