What Rooms Are Available at Charter Oak?
Charter Oak Country Club boasts a majestic clubhouse that offers three options/event spaces. Each one is elegantly designed and features a beautiful setting for all types of celebrations; from large weddings to more intimate occasions.

How Many Guests Can This Venue Accommodate?
The number of guests will depend on which room you choose. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 275 guests with a large dancefloor / 300 guests without a dancefloor. For more intimate gatherings the Living Room is the perfect choice; maximum capacity of guests seated at tables is 60, or for a more casual cocktail style setting, the maximum capacity is 125 guests. How Many Events Do You Host Per Day?
Charter Oak Country Club hosts only one event each day. This allows us to devote all of our time and attention to making your celebration exactly as you have envisioned.
Do I Need To Bring In My Own Caterer?
Charter Oak does not allow outside catering of any kind. Our outstanding culinary team will work with you to create a menu that will please even the most demanding palate. All menus can be customized for those guests who have dietary restrictions/food allergies.
