Initiation Fee

After Charter Oak Country Club approves your application, we will establish a Membership Agreement. When this document is completed and executed, you will be charged initiation dues. This Membership provides access for you, your spouse, and any children below the age of 22. You'll be a part of the club's social events, helping your party feel like a part of something more.

Young Professional Membership

If you're under the age of 40, this is the golf course Membership option for you. It also covers your spouse and children under 22, granting access to all of our exciting facilities. There are different Memberships for the following age ranges:

Charter Oak's Clubhouse is a 38,000 sq. ft. masterpiece, built in the traditional Georgian style. The splendor of its presentation, as you approach from the main drive, is majestic.

The Grand Ballroom, with its chandeliers, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, gives all events a charming, yet comfortable, feeling. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 275 guests. Wedding packages range in price from $75 per person - $135 per person, and include both plated and reception station presentation options. Our room rental fees range from $1,000 - $3,000, based on the type and date of the function. Our ceremony fee is $1,000 and includes the setup and conversion of our indoor ceremony space in the Grand Ballroom. We offer several different menu options for our weddings ranging from elegant sit down styled dining to the more casual reception stations.

The Living Room, adjacent to our Grand Ballroom provides the ideal setting for intimate gatherings, cocktail receptions, showers and meetings for 25-70 people. It is complete with a full bar and access to a private balcony overlooking our lush golf course which is perfect during the warmer months. During the cooler seasons this space can also create a romantic atmosphere with its oversized fireplace and warm lighting, perfect for any occasion.
